Sol Speak Yoga River Trail 5K

We invite you to join us for our first 5K race. We are so excited to be part of the Logan Urban Trail Racing Series.

We believe yoga and running build perfectly on each other, which is why we are excited to launch our running series this August.

The race will start and end at ICON Fitness at 1500 South 1000 West, Logan, Utah, in the northwest parking lot.

The Sol Speak Yoga River Trail 5K is a race in the Urban Trail Racing Series, and a timed trail race on an 8' wide concrete path with no elevation changes. The entire course is at or near 0% grade. Hydration support provided at start/finish, Rendezvous Park, and Trapper Park.

Reset & Revitalization Workshop

Do you need a RESET or REVITALIZATION in your life? 

Chantel Gerfenn and Hollie Degrafflmt will lead you in this workshop that will help you gain deeper insight into your true nature.

This meditative experience will leave you feeling aligned and able to see your true self with more clarity and facilitate a space to open to deeper levels of self healing.

You will begin your inner journey experience with mindful movement(yoga), pranayama(breathing) and a guided meditation followed by a crystal bowl and gong sound bath and yoga nidra for deeper integration. Finishing our time together with space for silent reflection and journaling.

We hope you will join us for this powerful workshop experience.
